I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The interior decoration had a charming touch with soft colors and comfortable furniture. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate between floors. The staff was also very attentive and always ready to assist me with any needs or concerns.

I only wished for the children working there to be more knowledgeable about local attractions suitable for senior travelers.

clean - modern, and fresh hotel. Small infinity pool was refreshing after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped us book a fantastic dinner. Good selection at breakfast, and loved the freshly-squeezed orange juice when it was working.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting because it provides guests with fully equipped meeting rooms. The hotel has ample space for events and seminars, with 2518 square feet of conference space and meeting rooms. The hotel's business center and complimentary newspapers in the lobby were convenient amenities for my work needs.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of 24-hour room service. It would have been helpful to have the option to order food or other necessities at any time, especially during long work hours.

The Ibis room has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's small, but cozy and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I loved the modern renovation and the fact that it had air conditioning and WiFi. It had a homely feel that made me instantly feel at ease.

Personally, I found the room size a bit small, but hey, that's just me. Others might still enjoy the cozy setup.

The room was exactly what we requested, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent service. The food at the in-house dining facility was excellent and the wait staff was attentive. The hotel also offered efficient laundry services.

We felt spoiled during our stay as everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.

My go-to place in La Ciotat! The helpful staff helped with parking on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar/restaurant. I love the seasonal outdoor pool and the cozy rooms. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!
